Practicing yoga with babies that are on the go is quite the challenge.
Here are some tips:
1. Relax – it’s just yoga.
2. Lower your expectations – allow the babies to explore and play.
3. Keep them engaged – sing songs, clap your hands, and have fun.
4. Start with their favorite pose.
5. When in doubt, rest in child’s pose – your baby will most likely come crawl on your back & rest with you.
