My mom is such a great cook! It always amazes me when she whips up a tasty meal from a bare pantry and fridge. She recently received her Premium Starter Kit from Young Living and immediately started dreaming up recipes to make using her oils. Her first recipe is this delicious and fresh Lemon Tuna Noodle Salad. My dad thought it tasted like fresh lemon and gobbled it up. Try it!
Lemon Tuna Noodle Salad from Nana’s Well Oiled Kitchen
I (15 oz.) can tuna with water drained.
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 dill pickles chopped fine
2 cups macaroni cooked and drained. I used whole wheat noodles.
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Mayo with olive oil enough to combine mixture
Now add about 5 drops Young Living Lemon oil
Mix and serve
