Most people suffer with some sort of physical pain. Whether it’s an acute pain caused from an injury or sleeping in a strange position or a chronic condition such as lower back pain or migraines, meditation can help lighten the severity and uncover the root cause for the pain when practiced on a regular basis. Below is a simple meditation for pain that I learned from one of my teachers, Lex Gillan. Even if you only get 5 minutes of relief from the pain, it’s worth trying.
