Toddler and Me Yoga
For ages 3-5 and a parent/caregiver
Yoga comes to life in these fun and creative classes designed to stimulate a young child’s growing curiosity. Playful yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques, teach 3-5 year olds about their budding bodies. Sprinkled with music, picture books, puppets and other age-appropriate props, tot yoga will spark the child’s inner yogi while enhancing language development, motor coordination and play skills. Classes are an equal balance between active & passive poses. Older 2s are welcome to join in the fun! 🙂
