In a world of chronic exhaustion and overstimulation, Yoga Nidra is a method that is intended to induce full body relaxation, bringing about an incredible calmness, quietness, and clarity to the physical body and mind. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a deep meditation that uses a variety of techniques to aid relaxation and offer balance and healing in the body and mind. Practitioners can expect to leave the practice feeling restored and rejuvenated, yet ready to drift off into a good night's sleep.

Each week will consist of background theory, rotation of consciousness, breathwork, and guided visualization. It is not necessary for you to attend all of the sessions in order to benefit from the practice. Feel free to join in when you are able.

“Marnie truly cares about people. My children have loved her from the moment they met her.  She has a positive, calming personality that makes people feel like they matter and that life is fun. Her natural way with people makes them feel safe so they’re able to open themselves up to a deeper level of understanding, which helps them work through tough issues in a positive way.” - Jessica Owens, Educator

You need to hear this loud and clear: No one is coming. It is up to you.
