April showers bring… Maycember

I’m using April to prepare for the marathon that is May. You know… endless recitals, showers, school events, award ceremonies, etc. May is as busy and as expensive as December around here and this parody by the Holderness Family sums it up pretty well. :)

Well, not this year… I’m determined to up my wellness game by getting enough rest (yoga nidra is back!), increasing my ningxia (hello, energy), cleaning up my diet (no more wheat thin snack attacks), and adding in some extra movement (as soon as that pool temp warms up). I’ve also got some spring habits and diffuser blends to add into the mix.
